Garmin Introduces the Nuvi 1200 and Nuvi 1300

Garmin announced new GPS devices today that are aimed at automotive and pedestrian use. The new units include products for the nuvi 1200 and nuvi 1300 series.

one of the best and the pioneers in the GPS world industry is the Garmin, known to be the team behind the number one GPS gadget provider Nuvifone.

The 1200 and 1300 Nuvifone series would be out in the market this 2009 and it was unveiled in the CEBit.

Both of the series offer new optional CityXplorer maps that allow pedestrian navigation for select tourist destinations in Europe and USA.

The CityCplorer Maps cost between 9.99 to 14.99 Dollars

The Nuvifone 1300 features a 4.3 inch touchscreen and text to speech technology.

Prices of the new Nuvifones vary from $199.99 to $449.99.
