I am at awe with the recent technology that we got here, now even my favorite brand for HDTV, Samsung, enters the 3D arena. Now it has integrated the RealdD technology which is something that they would use for their future Samsung 3D HDTV.
So maybe you are wondering what is RealD? well The RealD Format is an enhanced version of a side-by-side 3D format that uses a unique set of filters and other technology that multiplexes a left eye and right eye 3D image stream into a single channel for delivery of high definition 3D content using today’s HD infrastructure to any 3D-enabled display type.
Now I have got to trust Sony to enable the Sony PS3 to play 3D formatted movies which is something that a lot of PS3 owners would surely love to have to. I think they would do as the Sony PS3 is futureproof. All it takes is just one Firmware update and the PS3 is now capable to play 3D movies on the Samsung 3D powered with RealD.
